After some enquiries, we were referred to Nelson Cutillon of Customized Plastic Tanks.
Nelson was able to provide a friendly and prompt service, despite the distance and travel time involved to our property at Pakiri Hill via Warkworth.
The repair was completed in one day, and we were able to test the work, after delivery from a water tanker service. The repair continues to be a permanent fix for our water tank

"When our plastic water tank developed a split in it, my wife and I were devastated. Really – a leak just before Christmas and after last year’s drought! Initial enquiries led us to believe it was unrepairable and that a new tank was the only way out. Fortunately, before we’d take further action, an at-work internal email put me onto Nelson and his welding skills. A flurry of emails later and Nelson drove up from Pokeno to Warkworth, repaired the split in the tank and guaranteed the repair.
At that time, he asked for a testimonial and I said I’d do one later. Now you can see the water tank level indicator is right up so a testimonial is fully justified. Considering the distance to travel, Nelson was prompt with his service, polite, cheerful and a delight to have at home. He showed us what was happening during every step of the welding process – which gave us the confidence it would remain strong and lasting.
I definitely recommend Nelson and his welding to anybody requiring plastic welding and/or tank repairs."
